Exhibitors at the Conference offer a wide range of products and services meaningful to women. Each exhibitor will have the opportunity to make profitable new business connections, present new products and services, educate decision makers and fulfill entrepreneurial outreach and diversity programs.

What kinds of exhibitors do you accept?
We accept all types of exhibitors. In particular we are looking for exhibitors who can show that their service, product and/or company empower and enhances a woman’s life. The person at the booth MUST BE a woman as this is a woman’s only event.

When is the conference?
Speak Your Truth, A Women’s Empowerment Conference will be held on Friday & Saturday, October 9 & 10, 2015 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

The Speak Your Truth, Women’s Empowerment Conference will be in South San Francisco, CA.

Who attends the Conference?

The Speak Your Truth, Women’s Empowerment Conference is designed to inspire, engage, enlighten and empower women from across the state.

What is the Conference about?
The two-day Speak Your Truth, A Women’s Empowerment Conference features courageous women from all walks of life who have overcome extreme adversities in their life and are sharing their stories on stage (some for the very first time) to inspire, give hope, and to make a difference for others who may be experiencing similar challenges in their life and to let them know they are not alone. We will be creating a sisterhood of women supporting women to heal themselves and our community.

Who will benefit from the Conference?
The Conference offers something for everyone. The two-day event features 10 courageous women sharing inspirational stories of overcoming their adversities and provide tools to encourage other women that they, too, can live a more joyful and fulfilling life.

How many attendees are expected?
An estimated 100 to 125 people will be in attendance

What kinds of exhibitors do you accept?
We accept all types of exhibitors. In particular we are looking for exhibitors who can show that their service, product and/or company empower and enhances a woman’s life. The person at the booth MUST BE a woman as this is a woman’s only event.

We strive to maintain a balance between the different types so as to offer our attendees the widest variety possible. Examples of exhibitor types include: retail vendors, healthcare organizations, non-profits, government agencies, professional services, and many more. Exhibitors can offer products, goods, services and information applicable to women.

How do I become an exhibitor?
Simply fill out the exhibit space application on line at http://speakyourtruthconference.com/exhibitors
All applications are reviewed by conference management.

Once we receive your documents we will review them to determine if we will accept your business/organization into the Conference. Conference producer may limit the number of applications accepted in any given field, based on the total number of applications received in that area. If you are accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. Conference producer reserves the right to accept or decline an exhibitor if they don’t feel it is a good match for our attendees.

If you are not accepted for this year’s Conference, we will return your payment. In most cases, if an exhibitor is declined, it is simply because there are too many other exhibitors offering your products or service.

When is the deadline to send in my exhibitor application?
There is no deadline, but we anticipate that we will sell out, so it is recommended that you get your application in early. Booth assignments are also made based on when we receive your application. It is beneficial to submit your application as soon as you have confirmed your interest in participating. You must be registered by September 30 to be listed in the program.

What is included with my exhibitor fee?

  • Access to women business owners, entrepreneurs, employees, moms, and veterans
  • Carpet, 6′ Skirted Table
  • Listing in Conference program (you must be a registered exhibitor by September 30 to be included in the program listing)
  • Listing on Conference website
  • Registration Ticket for 1 person

How are booths assigned?
Booths will be assigned by the exhibitor conference management approximately one week prior to the event. Sponsors will be placed first. Following current sponsors, exhibitors will be placed in order of when their application was received.

When is move-in and move-out?
Move in will be on October 8  from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Move out will be immediately following the Conference, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on October 10. All exhibits must be completely installed and ready for viewing by 8:00 a.m. on October 9. No exhibits may be dismantled prior to closing.

How do I order rentals, electrical, internet access, etc?
All rentals, electrical, telephone, internet access, material handling and union labor will be coordinated through the Conference Event Coordinator.

How do I ship things to the show?
You will be given specific instructions from the Conference Event Coordinator on how to ship to and from the conference. Additional material handling fees will apply.

What if I need to cancel my booth?

Can I share a booth?
No, you may not share a booth with another company / vendor.

Are there dedicated exhibit hours?
The exhibit hours are from 8:00 am to 9:00 am, during all breaks, and at lunch. The Exhibitors will be in the adjoining room as the main conference room. The exhibitors are open throughout the entire conference; however, we request that when the speakers are speaking that you respectively wait until the break to carry on your conversations.
